From the first contact with our office, you are furnished with complete package-pricing and we stand behind those prices! We offer all-inclusive legal fees and disbursements (as set out below). Our all-inclusive approach enables our clients to strategize ahead of time for their financial planning goals. And finally, our repeat clients and referrals (from local real estate professionals) are honoured with a gift certificate for $50.00 OFF our real estate packages.

Note: Title Insurance on a New Home Purchase and on a Condominium Purchase are at lower rates.

Refinance
Our Fees & Disbursements $850.00*

Plus Title insurance based upon a mortgage value of:

$50,000-$750,000 - - $149.00*

*On Closing there will be applicable Sales Tax, government charges of Land Transfer Tax (based on purchase price), government registration charge for Transfer/Deed, Mortgage and Discharge of mortgage, where applicable. Please note these prices are for a standard transaction and may vary depending on unusual circumstances.
