I come to the practice of Law having enjoyed a variety of experiences in Life.  While my son and daughter were growing up, I made the decision to return to Undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto.  After completing two years of study in Criminology and Psychology, I realized that life was catching up to me and that I should decide what I wanted to be when I grew up?  The legal profession picked me and I entered Osgoode Law School at the age of 38 and was ultimately called to the Bar in 1993.  My next momentous move was to hang out my shingle as a sole practitioner in Guelph in 1996 and I have never looked back.  The community of Guelph has been very good to me and I have enjoyed assisting my clients and resolving their legal issues.  I chose to practice in the areas of Family, Real Estate and Estate Law, and based upon my extensive repeat client base, I venture to say that my choice has proven to be a successful life decision.  My personal life is dominated by my love of my dogs.  Molly is a 1-year old Labradoodle who is the centerpiece of my Office. I call her my “Walmart Greeter!”  Life is good and I look forward to many more years ahead of me.
